SCIPROOF BUG REPORT



NOTE: Using the sciPROOF Diagnostic Utility is the preferred method for submitting a bug report. This utility will recover all necessary technical information automatically. If you have any problems with the Diagnostic Utility or do not want to use it, please complete the form below.

1.A Please specify the version of Microsoft Windows you are using.
1.B Please specify the build of operating system and any service packs.
NOTE: To obtain information about your operating system, please open the "System Properties" dialog and go to "General" tab. To invoke "System Properties" please go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > System or right click on "My Computer" icon on your desktop and select "Properties."

2.A Please specify the version of Microsoft Word (Microsoft Office) you are using.
2.B Please specify exact build id of Word and any installed updates.
NOTE: To obtain this information, please do the following:
  • For Office 2000, XP and 2003 users: open Microsoft Word, go to the "Help" menu and select "About Microsoft Word."
  • for Office 2007 users: open Microsoft Word, go to "Office button" > "Word Options" > "Resources"-tab > "About Microsoft Office" ("About"-button).
Provide us with the first line on the "About Microsoft Office Word" dialog, for example, Microsoft Word 2000 (9.0.2720).

3.A Please specify the product.
3.B Please specify the version of the software.
NOTE: To obtain the version of the product, please do the following:
  • For sciPROOF v.1.x users: open Word,
    • go to "Tools" > "sciPROOF" menu and select "About sciPROOF." For example, sciPROOF 2003 Demo Workstation Edition (v.1.0.80.0) for Microsoft Word 2003 (Office 2003).
  • For SDP v.2.x users: open Word,
    • open "About SDP" dialog. For example: Scientific Dictionary Package (Standard Edition) v.0.2.0.11.
